Your wiring looks almost as bad as mine. All kinds of goofy shite occurred in that area, over the last 30+ years, and none of it was done looking to enter any contests. I too hate wiring and I’m rewiring it myself. Have ditched all of the EMP stuff and tons of misc wires. Can’t figure out the wiper circuit or the emergency flasher relay so, for the wipers at least, I’m running them off two toggled circuits with no park function. It’s almost getting warm enough here to start working on it again. Awesome content, as usual. Looking forward to you ruining some tires on the UAZ!

I think I may have an answer for the emergency flasher as I had to do some continuity checking to work it out! I'll share my results. As for the wiper park that's built into the motor itself.

@@LivingMyBoostLife Yeah, on the wiper motor, I just keep drawing a blank. My brain functions up to a certain length along the wires and then suddenly quits. I’ve tried my arming where it quits, thinking I can restart from that point, and, over time, inch by inch, I’ll understand but I only end up later staring at tape on the loom, glassy eyed and drooling :-)

Thanks! I do still have the 9000, it's my trusty daily driver. I've made up a bit of wiring to allow me to connect the lap top to the ECU so I'll do a video on that 😁
