I always enjoyed the NES Friday the 13th game, and have fond memories of it, though I could never beat it, but was still awesome in my opinion. The Elm St. game was also pretty cool, but never played it all that often as most times it was a rented game that a cousin or friend picked up from the rental store. Seeing this video makes me want to go back and play the NES Friday game, so many thanks for that and great video. 🤓👍

In Dead by Daylight you can also play as Myers, Freddy, Amanda Young, Leatherface, Ghostface, Pinhead, Xenomorph. I know it is not an own game for each hero but still pretty cool.

The Elm St game on PC was fantastic. I used to play it all the time and loved it. It took me ages to finish as a kid, and was kind of my first introduction to Elm Street. It had crazy tension as well. Just a weird off sounding heartbeat instead of music, and when Freddy arrives it was crazy having to react. I recently got it again and played it, and it was still great, but I beat it much much quicker.

I missed when games were strictly played almost like the movie. Nowadays games have their own twist in it. Which a lot of people love. IMO games that made you play through the action scenes in the film were my favorite kind of games.

This game definitely isn't as bad as AVGN or other make it out to be. Nothing AMAZING, but good for its time. The Nightmare on Elm Street game however is a really good game, IMO. Which also had a pretty killer soundtrack.

I actually appreciate Friday the 13th more now than I did when I played it at 9. I thought it was garbage compared to Ninja Gaiden, Castlevania, Super Mario Bros. 2, and Metroid. I seriously remember thinking that inside the cabins look ridiculous. On the other hand, I loved Nightmare on Elm Street.

Freddy should get a vr experience where you play as a teen have the dream world obviously stealth action detective then have real world objectives ie quiz’s etc that you actually have to pass(or you end up with the burn outs/replay ability different paths ie required for abilities/(all classmates are playable) etc) …start essentially as a teen simulator home work job dog blah class social life Freddy 🔥😎perhaps require a set amount of friends to enter the dream world and depending who’s in your group negates what levels are available/life experiences prior factor in as well …that’s me just spit balling but if done well it would kick major ass and could make a killing on dlc ie new students etc

I played the NES Friday the 13th game and it scared the hell out of me as a kid but mostly because Iit was so damn difficult and i knew about the nightmare on elm st game but I was way too scared to try it

I like the Freddy game better I beat it with game genie back in the day on nes I wish they put the T1000 in mk 11 they put terminator but I think they shoulda did T1000 also would have been even better. I don't really think they should do Freddy game it'll just be some online multiplayer game like texes chainsaw I think they should try to remake certain movies as single. Player experiences I think it could be done really well if u have the right people behind it.look at alien isolation perfect example.
