So you're thinking of Super Ultra Dead Rising 4 Mini Golf which has similar beats to this. Dead Rising 4 does have costumes in the game but that's a mode called Capcom Heroes

So the thing with this DLC was it was locked to the Xbox console, unfortunately DR3 didn't have the greatest post release buzz so a lot of people don't remember this. This is entirely unmodded

This game is fun and all, but honestly I think it would've been nicer as it's own thing rather than purely a Capcom IP thing tagged onto Dead Rising 3. I definitely think Dead Rising could have played into it, but if it was just a general capcom game with dead rising as one of many other IPs features it'd be more fun imo and just be able to have the actual capcom characters instead of just the costumes. Or even have various other real capcom characters swap around different outfits themed around each other for more varied mix and matching. Like say if this was more in the presentation style of UMvC3 instead it could really lean more naturally into the fun cartoon look, at least compared to the style base DR3 is going for having a ton of arcadey and goofy themed stuff injected and layered over it.

I achievement hunted this game last year, most of the base game & dlc achievements were a breeze. But when I got to this dlc there was one achievement that took me a literal week to get. It was the achievement to play with 10 different people & along with the lobby/invite system being completely broken it was very aggravating. Thankfully I found a group of people that helped me get the achievement & used alt accounts. It was a very annoying process because we just had to hope we loaded into the same lobby because if you sent an invite, it would immediately crash.
