I love how, in the throes of horror, with this terrible monster in front of him, Armitage just starts describing it in very distinct, scientific terms. Meanwhile the other bystanders are probably just wondering what the hell he's talking about. "It's a squamous, reticulated, anthropomorphic saurian!" "Huh?" "It's a darn weird lizard-man!"

A wonderful adaptation and reading! As a native New Englander, I'm always interested in the accents used by non-local readers. The landlord is quite good. The salesman is definitely a southerner. "r" should be more like English, "ah" or "eh". "Right" should be more like "roight".
