The doctor actually killed the lady in the river she landed him money to open a clinic but he didn't pay her that's why the men who he stabbed came to get the money even though he knew the doctor killed his boss (the lady in the river) and the detective with the hat was actually his psychiatrist but he was hallucinating him as a detective and a lot of other things because of the guilt

An actual possibility instead of all the willy nilly idilic happy last minute asspull bs where the most hopeless situation is solved on a whim and luck. not all killers are caught irl and they used a scapegoat. It doesn't always work out and turn alright.

Fun fact. Many know that a woman who serially murders her husbands is called a "black widow" after the spider, but not as many are aware that a man who serially kills his wives is called a Bluebeard after the fairytale. Not really relevant to the film so I'm honestly not sure why they titled it so.

The nurse is not friend with the butcher, the scene at the end is just her selling drugs, it has nothing to do with the butcher. The butcher and his dad were no masterminds, it just so happened that the protagonist is a delusional psychopath who kept the head of the woman he killed and ended up exposing himself so they went along with it at the end. They had no intentions of framing him at the start since the butcher was asking him rather random questions and make him suspicious of them for no reason, also they could have easily planted body parts in his apartment but did not do so. The protagonist did stole their knives, they did not plant it. The butcher's son and the lady working there is obviously innocent. The twist at the end is just there to mess with your head, it serve no purpose to story except to frustrate the viewers and can easily be removed with not much impact to the story. The story can be wrapped up just as nicely with the doctor being the serial killer.

It is a really meh movie, the mystery investigation part was really dodgy. There was also a ton of plot holes and unanswered questions. Like what happened to the son? And why would the butcher kidnap the son?
