Brother I lived in saudi for 23 years n now living in dubai but I can not say if it's from Allah but I have witnesses Allah's qadarbin this rain...though dubai has tesla taxis n lots of expensive cars our was a Hyundai tuccson n it was completely emerged but it took my husband out of that flood n he safely reached home it's just because every day he plays morning azkar in car n quran n he kept reciting azkar while emerged in water it took him out safely n the car literally didn't had any spec of damage.
