You could mess your uniform up to a small extent and some of those officers wont see it during 4oclock inspection. They barely even look at some of the soldiers and look at their face then move on to the next one. Its not taken as seriously as others done without the public in full view. The public shouldnt be allowed to stand near the box where those horses are during inspection either. They could of been moved over to the furthest away one
