I am so glad Phoenix got adopted :) My son and I had decided that if Phoenix still needed a home by the time all our pasture fencing and new grass is in and up in mid-spring, we'd make the drive from Texas to take him home with us. Like that sweet lady that specializes in blind horses, we specialize in deaf dogs! Like to a point that I'm not even sure what to do with hearing animals anymore LOL Now that we've moved out to the country and have acreage for days, we're hoping to adopt a couple deaf horses to work with to join our little not-so-quiet-but-no-one-can-hear-anyway home

Love the energy of the woman who took Lady and Hickory. She was so into the two horses, communicating with them. And seeing her hop on Hickory bareback almost brought tears to my eyes. They're going to be so happy.

Hickory and Lady got a nice home…she seems like she’ll do everything for those two. So nice to see that Corey has a training list…he’s got a very nice way with the horses. Maddie does a wonderful job with the horses so between the two of them the horses will be very adoptable.

I had one mare who was mostly blind and she did well! Also a gelding who was deaf. Both were the best out there

How awesome that y'all had so many adopted . Including 2 blind horses cos they also need loving homes that understand them 2 , even horses with special needs need homes and there is always a person \ people who are willing to give them good and loving homes . Joy will eventually find her forever home with the right person or family that will love her for herself and she is a fantastic mare . Have a blessed week all y'all .

I have had to do similar. Had a beefy farmer load my van up so tightly with hay bales, i could not get them out so I backed up to a tree , put a rope around a tree, and through the bale strings and drove away to pull it out! Lol
