Blushing here, responding just to say that the goal of these videos is to hopefully lend a perspective of simplicity, conceptual understanding, physiological precision and demystification. Rather "Brass Tacks", but I've always said that I'd rather find the right key to a closed door rather than walk away or break it open. Takes time, but worth it...

The most important thing in Qigong gong is visualization
@WhiteTigerQigong2 жыл бұрын
Visualization is important in our Qigong system is part of the training, but we cannot say the most important thing. In "Ting Jing" we are sensing the energy where there is no visualization. Sensing is more Yin compared to visualization which is more Yang and projecting. If you want to know more about this please see our Master Courses.

Hi what's the difference between this and other styles of qi gong?
@WhiteTigerQigong2 жыл бұрын
There are more than 3,000 styles of Qigong. Check out this article for a deeper explanation: whitetigerqigong.com/how-to-decide-which-qigong-style-to-practice/

Hello, in addition to the references provided about Qigong; the Ma Bu is not only a Qigong component. It is one of the staples of many integrated practices in countless types of Qigong, Tai Chi and Martial Arts (with or without the combat element). However, these stances also build a lot for fundamental physical engagement even if these practices are not your main pursuit.

How long do you stay in the horse stance, over time?
@mjessner2 жыл бұрын
Hi. There are methods which encourage up to many minutes or even crazy long times. What is most beneficial is to build: form, stamina and utility. Utility as Ma Bu is immensely versatile in application. Stamina also builds character, yet I recommend to build form as the priority. The body will evolve into deeper and longer applications yet holding for holding’s sake yields little value and potentially injury.

@@mjessner, hello! I was curious, because I used to take My Jhong Law Horn and part of each session to go from no sash to yellow sash you had to be in the horse stance for 1 minute, and at black sash you had to stay in horse stance for a total of 5 minutes. But I also know that Qigong is different from what I used to take. So that is why I asked you this question. Thank you very much for the answer! 🙂
