Thank you so much for this video, it reminds me so much of when i was little. Prancing round the yard, grooming the ponies, hearing them kick, stamp and snort, i love it. It reminds me of scenes in old horsey films too. Thank you :-) Subbed.

Wow! The hair brushing looked like it hurts, and that haircut was crazy.But I love horses they have always been my favorite animals.

Have you seen the stuff horses did when they were wild and free ? Kicking, biting etc. brushing doesnt hurt. And they dont care about their mane lol
@stinaarnblom8 жыл бұрын
Dont't worry horses dont have nervs in their mane :)

Caren Yellowcake actually that's just a myth. They do feel when it's pulled out.

it dosent hurt at all if it would, the horse eyes would show white. and the girl on the video used a spray so it would, be alot easy to komb the mane.

This is such an awesome idea and I'm glad you did it! I am a Therapeutic Riding Instructor and do a lot of unmounted grooming work with participants and have definitely noticed the benefits of ASMR in this type of situation. I really want to film a similar type of video but don't have my own horse and am worried it'd be awkward to film at work! So, I'm glad you've made this video and it's out there for people to enjoy : )
@lovejoydoll6159 жыл бұрын
Oh, I'd just adore that! I don't think it'd be awkward to film at your workplace at all. I actually went from hippotherapy, to therapeutic riding, to para dressage

Alors on est d'accord que c'est n'importe quoi, mais pour les disciplines Western (et évidemment c'est le cas ici : elle lui tresse la queue etc..) c'est conseillé voir obligatoire :/

what did you spray on the hard brush at 4:10? i hope it wasn't show sheen. my trainer knew someone who used showsheen a lot and, because it is silicon based,it clogged up her horses pores so much that it couldn't sweat :( a lot of people just don't know. anyway, loved the video! i love the sounds of the barn and ponies everywhere

Do you know how to brush without pulling out all your horses mane?😳Jesus
@dancewith_passion45608 жыл бұрын
It doesn't hurt them lol
@libby48108 жыл бұрын
Horses don't have nerves in their manes so it doesn't hurt them
@ljequestrian67918 жыл бұрын
yea they do have nerves in their mane lol. people just say that to young riders so they yank on the horses mane instead of the reins if they are about to fall off, young riders wont want to pull on the mane if they think it will hurt their poor pony. Also you are supposed to be gentle brushing a horses mane and tail not only so you don't hurt them but you also thin them out and it takes ages to grow back.
@sittingturtleduck8 жыл бұрын
horses have nerve's yes. however they are less sensitive in certain spots and very sensitive than others. Just ask your vet, test it yourself, or do basic damn research rather than trusting trainers. If I blindly followed my last trainer's words like that, i would've been ok with horse abuse.
@ljequestrian67918 жыл бұрын
I'm confused where horse abuse came from? And yea I know that nerves aren't as sensitive in some places compared to others but all horses are different as well. My friend's horse used to hate having her mane pulled (pulled as in to shorten/thin it out not just yanked on when riding) and would almost rear up,etc whereas my old horse would fall asleep while I was doing it. I was also just trying to correct ohmyjosh I don't want to start anything with either of you though sorry if it came off snarky?
