Thank goodness I found you. Love what your doing and look forward to watching more and more. I have a young brumby thats Australia's equivalent to your mustangs and just starting on his ground work. Your technique is easy to relate to . Thank you.

This worked brilliantly. I had hit a wall with a horse that wouldn't stand for the block, and because I'm 60, standing still at the block is a must for me. I won't risk getting on a horse that travels before I'm on. I'm not a jockey who can leap on, leg up, as the horse jigs. We'd been working for a week: I was off and on, off and on the block--and it wasn't working, although *I* was putting in a workout :) After one session, it was so much better. Still not there yet, but vast improvement. A few more sessions, and I think he'll do it. Yes, it required some patience, but I've got that. Thank you for sharing this!

Tried this methode this week and wow my mare got it in a few short sessions. She is young, just a few months ridden and she is sensitive. Now on session 4, first time with the saddle and slowly progression to mounting. No doubt that will work just as well :) Thanks for showing this!!

Hi 🤠 That might work with a small horse, like that. But what do I do when my horse is 1, 70 cm, and I can't just reach my leg up, but have to use the stirrups?!

what do you do when your horse gets more and more frustrated and wound up every time he can't find the answer I am looking for? My very nervous gelding, if he doesn't get the right answer within a few tries he loses his mind and gets so nervous he can't think at all.

Try easier questions to build his confidence. He needs to know that he CAN find answers before you ask more difficult questions. If he reacts like that, i'd say the question is to hard for him to solve ;) Or maybe you're overlooking his tiniest try?
