Zofirael what would you like to know? it's a horstman tri star 35. it's transom extended a foot and a roof put on.

weird i didn't get the notification you replied, good thing i wanted to see the video again... Is it too small for blue cruising? my dream would be to eventually circumnavigate. Is it as fast as a catamaran? did you build it yourself? I'm torn between buying an old one and fix it, and just build one. Is the water slapping between the hulls very bad? do you still have it? how much would a similar one cost aproximatively? Damn, why are you in australia? ;P I don't know why, but i got this crush on horstman's designs.

Ahoy Zofirae! I suggest that you find and read the book Outward Leg by Tristan Jones. The author sailed a 36' from San Diego, CA to England (by way of the Caribbean) then from the UK to the Black Sea by way of the Rhine and the Danube river's. My wife and I had been planning a purchase of a 40' mono-hull for "blue-water cruising and as a live-aboard for the past few years.. For the past couple of months I've been learning about tri's.. and now we wouldn't consider anything else! Gorgeous Tri-Star you have there adell! Thank you for posting the video.
