As to Nancy Lopez - the telepathic patient who arrives on the scene at 18m20s with her arms crossed, just like you said it could be. Nice job helping to save her!

I ended up making an emergency hospitalization and internal medicine hospitalization which led into needing an ICU and MRI and CT. Was in the red juggling loans, but now that I'm on the other side of having all of these and manually managing the complicated cases - it's worth it. I almost can't believe I'm turning over a good profit. Paying back the loans and then pausing to revitalize the budget. It's fun how challenging this game is. Thanks for the waiting room long corridor idea! It saved my whole design.

By the way later on in the game it is a good idea to have one really cheap staff dedicated to transporting patients. Especially when you get busier.

That's a fab idea of something to cover in a video.. I usually start allocating staff when I get busier too.. i'm imagining ill need to double the ward space soon as well 😅

You need a mod* that enables outdoor plants indoors I think. I am not sure about the grass but you can certainly do outdoor plants indoors.
