And the manager didn't hesitate to make the 911 call and send police to the address on the order!!! It could've been a joke or prank BUT.... Just in case.....send help anyway! My sister got herself in a bad relationship and ended it . He came by and did a number on her keeping in the apartment for hours . It wasn't until she convinced him she had no cash( what he wanted) that he let her call " Me" and was able to dial 911. She told dispatch that he was there ( But said his full name) and that she hated to twist my arm but needed to borrow some money. That dispatch was all over it , he had typed he ex name in and it came up that a restraining order had been put in place a week before. He kept her talking and told her the money was going to be put in the mailbox which was a 5 minute walk from her apt.( The convo between them was beautiful) and within 10 minutes several fine police officers surrounded the complex and only had to wait a couple minutes for idiot to go outside to check the mailbox. Today my sister is good and this idiot? He served 3 years in prison and died of cancer 3 years ago. I made sure this dispatch got employee of the month along with a couple pounds of freshely made deer jerky.

Some areas do have the ability to text 911, it might take longer to get you help because they texting system isn’t as good as the calling system, just like calling from a landline is better than calling from a cellphone because calling from a landline can give a exact address as where calling from a cellphone can only give a approximate location

I was definitely expecting this to be another one of those 911 pizza calls, but no, this was simply brilliant. She thought on her feet and used the resources she could to get help - moms protecting their babies never fail to impress me. And the Pizza Hut employees, both the manager and the cook that took this serious and called the sheriffs office should be rewarded or promoted in some way. Not many even look at the comments but for them to take it serious and act on it is huge.
