Coach Alex. I have gone through so many videos on how to be that somebody who can get their ex back... I would give everything and anything just to recover what I lost and what he stomped on... If I can't go along with no contact, your strategy seems more fitting to my needs as well as I'm willing to attempt to follow. He's been mixed-signaling me on and off. Acts like an asshole cuz he feels I deserves it and knows I want him back. I just wonder if I have to pretend to have the "Best friend" role until I actually start to believe and feel good about myself during this attempt. Because even though I wanna be up for attempting this my real feelings are gonna hurt. I am a very impatient person but I'm working on it... Especially through this. I never cheated on him, I fell into depression for two months and he was all I had, no family or friends. And he wasn't there for me and I slit my wrist, he dumped me for it. Said I blew my second chance cuz I attempted it once before years ago when I needed him most at the time. I know he sounds like a jerk, but there are worse guys than him who cheat, lie, abuse and criticize. And he does make me happy... No one's perfect. Whether I get him back or not from following this video, I just hope I get some improvement and I'm gonna trust it regardless the outcome. I can either be better for just myself or us. One tip is get back to the process. Let that Ex go to the end of the world where is called a long distance destination. Let them go and go where ever they want to go and be there. Hello guys, so it's been 6 NC, havent seen him for 3 weeks (we work together) and I decided it's time to do a little step and was looking frwrd to test the waters. I caught him looking at me and when he apporached me was looking and when I raised a hand to do a handshake, smiled warmly he looked away almost immediately. During the meeting I caught him looking at me again and after the meeting he stood next to the door with my coworker who said a couple of compliments about my work (during that he was looking at me) and I slightly touched his arm for a second as well as the other coworker and said bye. He avoided the eye contact. Couple of minutes later I stood at the tram station with my friend who lives next to him (like 3 meters), and saw him. He avoided us, took a wrong tram to get out quickly and in the door he was slightly shaking and turned his back and started to look to his phone. I was shocked. What an idiot. He's also 22. Stubborn. And forgives himself and others hardly. I cried from anger. I believe it's a guilt. He hurt me and now he sees he was wrong ... all of the people (his family included) see my change and say compliments about it to me all the time. But what to do to turn tabels for I know this idiot has a great heart and what great potential he has. We had an amazing relationship... Do you thing it's a guilt? Hi! Simple question: After no contact, when your ex is in hot and cold behaviour , even after a meeting for coffee, is that ok to just ask her "why are you in hot and cold? my ex asked me to sleep over at like 12 at night, when i was sleeping, then shes been asking me to go cosco and shoping with her, she doesnt talk about the relationship at all, then i messaged her and asked her about the sleep over but got no reply, its super confusing because shes hot n cold n hot n cold and like dam, cant she just stop this and be with me lol... and ways, what do you think, what should i do. im trying to be confident and not to make them same mistakes as before and talk about the relationship or getting back together, i know shes keeping me on a hook. i just want my family back and im doing everything i can to change, helpout and be a good dad and work on my self. i just dont get her motives , i feel like her ego or pride and her friends opionions are getting in the way... help please!

sly fly dude I’m on the same boat me and my ex have a child together and another one on the way next month, the split up was ugly and I get to see my child once a week but me and her sometimes talk and then she’ll ignore me and then message me the following day, I’ve just recently started to stop messaging her every day cause it hurts to be ignored, I know your pain mate but you gotta move on and stay single and work on yourself, it’s what I’m doing, even if we don’t get them back at least you can say you tried, if you want to talk about it give me a message

What do you do after no contact and you met with her and it was great better then ever but the next day starts saying again she doesn’t want to talk even when she said I still have feelings the night before help I’m so confused
