When your love interest treats you like an option and not a priority; give them space and time to come back on their own. If they don’t come back, let them go. If they do come back make sure they earn the place of being a priority in your life.

Mine came back and did better for a little. Quickly stopped replying to my texts, didn't want to commit. and it got on my nerves. Didnt have any more time to waste. He wasn't showing much change or accountability. Then said he didnt want anything serious. Not sure why he came back when I clearly stated my intent and needs but I blocked him.

My ex tried to friend-zone me so I gave her the old "nope, but let me if you change your mind" and went NC. She didn't seem to be able to go more than a week or two without texting me. The first time I thought it was an indirect/direct and asked her out. It didn't go well. She still wanted to be just friends. I was very firm with her not to contact me unless she wanted to work things out. Then she contacted me again on Friday. I decided to give it one more shot and asked her out. We went out last night. I didn't pick her up. Made her come to my place. We played pool nearby. She just left my place (it's the next morning in case you're missing that part) and I'm smiling ear to ear. So don't give up hope guys. The things that Craig are Margaret are teaching really work and really help.

I have a suggestion for a video. A video on what happened between you and the Applebee's girl. I'm interested in hearing the whole story😁 Hope you and Margaret had a great weekend!!

This hit home for me. I fell in love with a Punjabi Indian woman and it was the most beautiful relationship in both our lives. She had to keep me in the shadows for 16 months and I broke it off. I regret that decision so far 😞

My ex treated me well throughout the relationship but was very cold during the end of our relationship. He was going through a life crisis and said he just couldn't be a good boyfriend and figure out himself and doesnt know what he wants anymore. I tried to encourage him that we could handle it together but he firmly wanted to breakup. We had our ups and downs but are good ppl and I was supportive and invested alot into this relationship. I have anxious attachment style but have been working on it since this last year in the relationship. He has an avoidant attachment style but admits that this is what causes a lot of the problems in the relationship not me. He hasn't seen a counselor although I encouraged him to. We've been together 3 yrs and lived together. I never begged him to stay but after 3 days of trying to contact him after breakup with little response, I decided to go NC. At one point he said he was in love with me and wanted to marry me but doesn't seem bothered by breakup. I love him dearly but is it possible for someone with his attachment style to even reach out even if they missed me? I feel lost so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Coach Craig and Margaret for your videos ❤

Sounds a lot like my boyfriend- also avoidant and was head over heels in love with me and wanted to marry me. He broke with me in November and has never initiated contact, I’ve focused on myself since the break- I moved away from anxious to secure attachment. I care much less now if he comes back- I’ve learned to be happy on my own for the first time in my life.

Stacey Swope Thanks for sharing with me. It's tough but I'm wanting to focus more on myself now.

They dont miss you. Dismissive avoidant personality. Hard for these type personalities to get close within romantic relationships. Closeness to them is a threat

Hey coach I was out with a friend last night and I saw my ex out at a bar we used to frequent at. I said hi to her and everyone in the group she was with because they were all mutual friends of mine and hers. She flat out ignored me as if I didn’t exist, which I didn’t think much of. One of her and my friends started talking to me and my friend I came with. My ex very abruptly left with her friend and told everyone in the bar goodbye but myself. I thought nothing of it and I just gave her space. After my friend and I left we noticed her and her friend were in the parking lot blasting the song “If it makes you happy” and singing it. I know she was trying to elicit an aggressive response for trying to justify her breaking up with me, because when she broke up with me she said I was the best guy she’s ever known. We are in a no contact period but whenever I do see her I’ve been pleasant and keep it short. Anyway thanks for the video this really helped me out to stay strong and not let it affect me too much but sometimes it’s difficult when I’ve never known her to be this rude.

Cody Harstad sounds like a temper tantrum. Instead of admitting it was a mistake, she acts out lol.

PandaEats yeah I agree but you know what? I’m better off and enjoying working on myself and my future. ☺️ Being away from all of that really made me see red flags that I had missed before and I’m happy/stronger than I was before!
