Today you'all got accountant's music same thing day in day out Erroll Brown RIP 🙏 that guy had the ladies I the palm of his hand but in reality he was a true Brit family man and sadly passed away in 2015 from Liver cancer. Real nice guy. Listen to "It started with a kiss" or "Sexy Thing" "So you win again" and "Emma" all killer pop songs with a soulful edge. He is a multi award winning artist who didn't really get enough Kudos for a brilliant voice and song writing skills.

Errol and the guys were fantastic! I remember my mum seeing him in a pub in Highgate, London around 1978 and going crazy for him, I was about 10 years old! A tit bit for you is that it was Bob Marley who got him his start when he introduced him to his producer in London. These were the best times ever! Thanks for memories Baby X

It saddens me when I hear what passes for music these days. Nothing better than a band playing instruments with an awesome lead singer, a funky beat, and great lyrics.

The late, GREAT Errol Brown. What a singer, what a man. One of the greatest songs of all time, the guitar riff and Errol’s unmistakable vocals make it so. So very sadly missed.

Fun Fact: The Beatles discovered them and signed them first to their record company Apple Records. The Beatles broke up and along with James Taylor and them, had to jump ship. Both had success in their own way. Rock soul funk!

I LOVE the reaction on your face! This is exactly what this song did for me back in the late 70's. I was just 11, and I went out and purchased the single with my hard-earned pocket money and played the record to death. Here in Britain it was really hard to get to see and hear American-sounding pop/soul/R&B records on British TV/Radio. There was Diana Ross and Donna Summer but that was essentially it. 'Every 1's a winner' made Errol Brown a British soul superstar. Well deserved Errol!

Let's not forget also that in the early 70s there weren't many multicultural bands with both black and white members around. They crossed boundaries and sold records in different markets because of this. Also because their tunes were killer too obviously!
