Looking at his cart is very motivating. And the small gumball machines and stuff like that are a great idea to keep people busy while waiting in line. So when the kids get Restless they can go over Mom Dad can I have a quarter. You could do more than just gumballs you could do those little toys also that are in the round containers. Brilliant idea I love it. Very motivating to watch this critique

So true. That's a huge nut to crack each month. If you average $4.00 profit from a customer, you must get to 800 customers just to make the payment.

Sorry nice but I would not have the cold stuff uncovered, and not sure if I would even want customers touching them, Fact is to many people are unsanitary slobs, just go to a buffet type place people are sneezing, kids sticking fingers in it and so on, just a matter of time somebody is getting sick, having the mustard, ketchup other sauces that are in dispensers is fine but the other vegetables no customer us touching them.

Hi Ben, I was wondering if you can help me with something. We are doing an event at a ribfest in Toronto, Canada. They don’t allow carts so we would have to go with just a basic grill and canopy set up. Do you recommend propane or charcoal grill. Also because we don’t have our regular steamers how do you recommend we steam our hot dogs? Should we just keep them in steamer pots on the grill? Also do you think this is a good idea, in other words have people had success selling hot dogs at a ribfest? Thank you

For steamers you can use the steam pans with sternos under it to keep the food hot. Use a Blackstone griddle. I have a 17" inch Blackstone griddle that I use. I personally like a gas grill. I have a very lite Expert grill that I got from Walmart, also the Blackstone griddle is from Walmart. The gas grill is lite and easy to lift in a van and it has wheels to pull it.

Looks cluttered and if I knew I was eating something that was out in the air where people are spit talking and things falling from their nose and not FRESH.....I would not go back. I respect clean and fresh. To each his own but that's small town carnival setup. No thankyou. It's not pretty or amazing.
