Got my big dog about a month ago. I was health inspected and got 100% last Thursday. I'm just waiting for my county and city occupational license to go through which takes a couple weeks and I'll be out there. Completing my 10 year dream.

Bought my cash cow in 2020. It paid for itself and I just sold it today. I'm strictly doing lemonade and cherry limeade now. Let's just say the guy who bought it could sell it again right away and make money. THESE CARTS MAKE MONEY AND HOLD THEIR VALUE.

Ben, I have bought 2 carts off you. I just came a couple of months ago to your shop from out of state to have my griddle replaced. Can't remember the names of the guys in the shop but they were all Class A people. Keith, is a Class A person. First cart I ever owned was a Cash Cow. Bought it in 2011. I used it until 2016. I then bought the Cart on Crack. I've been using it ever since and see no reason ro get any other cart. I've been a full time vendor for 12 years now. That is my only source of income. The first two years I went to a temp hospitality place for work kitchens when the season ended. The past 8 I only work my cart when the weather permits. 8 to 9 months a year. Am I rich? Na. I pay a years worth of mortgage, ALL my bills, I travel within a 12 hour radius of my home to see concerts (I am a Dead Head) and I do whatever I want. I'm simple. I can afford $150 birthday cakes for my niece, or whatever. Hope you get the point. In a nut shell, I am married so I, personally, have no money, none. Change purse for work tomorrow. I talked to you once, when I bought my last cart. You're a real person, Ben. I got the feeling you weren't too crazy about me, yet, well, you worked a deal for me to afford the cart I still use. I am not a fix it guy AT ALL. I don't know a chalk box from a drill bit. EVERY TIME I have EVER called or texted Keith about an issue, or just a question, concerning my cart, he has, generally, gotten back with me that day. I live 5 hours from you and any, and every, time I need a cart, or a replacement, like a griddle, I don't even question where I'm getting it done. Ben, or Keith, or anyone else affiliated with The Hot Dog Store, does not know me, did not pay me anything to say this, and have promised me nothing. How could they? They don't know me. I was nervous when I started vending and these guys always answered the call and helped me with whatever I needed help with. They run a business the way it should be run. Even AFTER getting your money they are there to help. Just know this, you get in what you put out with vending. When it's my work season I go 6 days a week. Sometimes 8, 10, 14 days straight. Quality food, reasonable prices,and, most important, talk with people, not just at them. If I told you what I made today standing in my spot for 5 hours you wouldn't believe me. The past two days have been, while not huge, very, very, satisfying. Ben, Keith, Shop Guys I met, you guys are all Class A human beings. Not that it means anything but when asked where I got the cart I tell people pretty much what I just said here. THANKS A BUNCH.

Our county and the surrounding ones in central Oklahoma don't not allow carts, on food trucks/trailers. I got the schematic of the Big Dog and sent it to each inspector and all said no. I'm joining VU in a few days so hopefully I'll get more info. Thanks Ben for all you do 😁
