Um if I may. I picked up bass, drums, guitar, piano around 14, learned all to write and record my own music. I was fortunate to be raised with a parent who had a very nice stereo system in 1977 thru the first almost 10 years of growing up. Van Halen was played a lot. MTV just came out. My dad was playing 1984 on vinyl. I’m not into covers or cover bands so much. But when done. They should be done with taste, accuracy and respect. I’ve been trying find drum covers for years even guitar covers just to see what Eddie and the band did. Haven’t found one! Until now and GUITAR! BASS! AND DRUMS!! Dude ! Perfection. The mix is perfect. The footage great! Tones are great! Wow! Thank you! Now the world can see how it was done. Because if I’m not mistaken this is as spot on as the recording!! What a good job Owen!! Wow! For the time this song was written, they deserved the fortune and fame. Timeless original. Nothing like it!

Okay, so I'm a drummer right? I only play drums. And so I can say firsthand that the galloping double kick pedal is extremely hard to play well. Like REALLY hard!!!! And then I see this kid who plays it as well as EVERY OTHER INSTRUMENT!!! He recreated Eddie Van Halen. That is a feat that almost nobody can even dream about getting close to. And he did it perfectly on every instrument. At like what 15? I am Appalled.
