The videos are getting better and better. Personally what I found most inspirational is that your student was able to learn the technique within 10 minutes . Thank you

I'd give anything to have found your training years ago... or be young enough and in good enough shape to do it... I've have LOVED this. I'm 66 now- and can barely walk- the least little thing HURTS me any more. ( i got mashed between two trucks in 99 and could never do anything like that again)... I recommend your channel to EVERYBODY I know that is interested in this type of thing.. YOU are the BEST I've seen- AND you have an absolute TALENT for TEACHING- which a lot of guys do NOT.

Brilliant! I have to say the Uke was excellent. He took a lot of strikes to the neck area, but stayed focused which enabled Lenny and Dana to practice effectively. It's so important to have good Ukes in the dojo. Keep up the great work.

Having a good uke is indispensible for learning arts like these - they're the equivalent of a guy who's good with focus mitts in boxing/kick-boxing.

Another great video Sensei. Nice to see a beginner working with the same technique as you; it makes it easier to spot the difference in pattern, stance and application. Thank you.

Excelent,as always. One thing i like about your aproach on martial arts is that you dont claim one have to meditate unde a waterfall while breathing thru the left nostril for 10+ years in order to understand and learn a technique.

love to utilize this one in our Randori even with them rushing in for the ryokata tori, with a wide grab approach, usually not with deflection, if the grab approach is too narrow we don't apply it but rather we will just deflect it off with tsukiage or kitiage and advance or move according to where our next attacker is coming from, i will do a video soon in this regard to make sense of what i am saying but i think you get the idea, God bless Sensei Lenny

Thank you! Always great videos from you guys. Watching someone learn the techniques, mistakes and all, takes your videos to another level. Maybe it also requires you to point out finer details Lenny? Thanks again.

haha i wish. im training at an aikikai dojo. started when i was 16 for 2 years then got busy. 15 yrs later i started again up till now. i use to be a gym rat after i stopped at 18 and found out that now, it feels very awkward manouvering aikido tech.

Is it that you are pushing the ikr away as much as you are bouncing his/her forward energy /momentum back into him. Almost like running into a tree limb if you are running through the woods. Or am I way off.
