@@ttkitty441 when people are texting each other, messages can sometimes be a little muddled. The person is writing ‘drafts’ so that they have a response for every scenario that happens. The person is expecting their partner to die, so are already writing texts to cope with their proverbial death. You could also attribute this with anxiety - a symptom of anxiety is over thinking/fixating on one idea (usually negative). So we see this through a modern take, which is texting and creating drafts; both, a wall and a bridge for communication, and therefore feeding into the person’s anxiety. If this doesn’t make sense just come reply to me 😥😭

This song is chaotic and beautiful. I love how different each section is, because it feels like stopping thoughts that have the same emotions but don't exactly align together. & the outro at the end felt so wonderfully ENORMOUS, like it should take up a theatre or be in a musical. Some of the little melodies felt very familiar as well, they reminded me of Inside somehow. Such a cool, creative song. Puts a lot of internal monologues into words!!

stop this is such a tasty song,,, delectable,,, (i cannot express my love for things in a normal way so instead i will eat it) seriously though, this is such a banger. i hope that whatever may be going on that u are dealing with that you can manage to get through and arrive at atleast a semi-okay point (bc sometimes thats the most you can do) most of 2021 and currently january have been a nightmare, and in your words, a hot mess (lol) and although its not the same thing that ur probably dealing with, i think thats the magic of music, and art in general. its kinda like a link between all sorts of different people and the things they may be dealing with, whenever. like a "hey i get it. not really, but kinda, in a way". things are shit and no one prided january on being anything but a fuckin mess, but we either get through this shit or we die, and personally dying just feels like too much work so, lets hope otherwise lol im excited to see what song feburary brings, hopefully something better, or at the very least semi-okay. Aside from the music being beautiful as always, can we talk about how relatable the lyrics are? It's hard to put words on something as new as the pandemic (it still is new!). Isolation, plans changing, growing and breaking, holidays, reunions while at peak of per-day cases. Everything is just so well put it helps untie a knot of unprocessed feelings. Thank you!
