I’m also in the camp of letting beef ribs go further than brisket. 208-210 is fine, especially when cooking them direct, as they haven’t spent as much time as in a smoker breaking down collegian, so the extra internal temp is needed. Those were some of the Juiciest looking beef ribs. I usually throw in some wood chunks along the way for some smoke flavor with it, but regardless, Very nicely done.

Thanks! I did get the new Chudbox. Loving it so far. The grill basket is amazing. I still have the old one and will continue to use it as well

Those look amazing! I did chuck ribs direct heat and they were delicious. I almost prefer the chuck ribs, but both are fun to cook. My only problem is, they are so rich I usually can barely eat one. Keep up the great videos! Do you have a pig wing video? I bought some after watching a Jeremy Yoder video…. Was gonna smoke them, but curious about direct heat on something like that.

Alright Here Goes…….With prolly the words dummest question…..for whatever reason right now I am limited to an oven…that’s right an oven. Have you ever done em’ in the oven? Just dunno wrap with foil and low heat and follow your directions? Or am I out to lunch anybody? Anybody? I bought half a cow and got some of these beef ribs but as we speak all I got is the oven… Thanks Drew… thx guys..😀

Not a dumb question at all. You won’t have any smoke flavor but you can certainly cook them in the oven. Don’t wrap them though. Cook them unwrapped the whole time to get a nice bark on the outside
