Oh how I love Mexico. I had 2 Gold crown timeshares that had 4 weeks total. I could stay anywhere. Mexico was always my favorite vacation. You are on a house on the water and that rocks. Love you all and stay safe out there.

My wife and I spent the sumer of 2001 in the Sea of Cortez, And we had day temps in the 110 t0 115 degree range. And we had the bees. we learned that they were after fresh water, so we set a pie pan on deck with a sponge in the centr and kept the water level just even with the top of the sponge. They came by the droves, some would come in the cabin for a drink from th fresh water faucet. Night's were miserable until after 2AM when the temp came down enough for both to sleep. So enjoy and know that you are one of thousands that lived the Mexican summer.

I always thought it was cooler out on the water. Do you think you would feel any cooler if you had a bowl full of ice in front of those fans blowing on you? Where would you even get the ice? Right? I never thought that far, sorry. Lihn the hammock looked inviting. I thought how comfortable you looked, & easy to get in. I'm awkward. Loved seeing you Teal, Lihn, Emma, & Compass! Those bees have been awful for you. No escape from them? Teal, what a nice fish. I liked Lihn telling you to go fast to create wind to cool her down. hehe I love your beautiful sunsets. So beautiful. The bees can smell fresh water, if u put a bucket full or large container on beach or even front of boat they will swarm, drink their fill and leave. Mix 1 part glucose, sugar even honey, they will go to it. Obviously there isn't much fresh water in these places u have visited. Bees need water to be able to process the pollen to make honey as well as survival. Nice vlog, glad ur all healthy an happy. Cuddles for Compas. 🤗👅🐕🌈 Lynh have u got a cookbook, or is it possible to get some of ur recipes please, ur culinary skills are amazing, if I could be ur taste tester I'd be in heaven, I'm so jealous, I love my food. 😁 oh when I saw those boys swinging on the edge of the new deck roof, I thought oh S#!t I hope Teal dosnt see that. Teal I also really like the lazy Jack system on Basik, it's very neat and functional, did u do that yourself or from manufacturer.

The most beautiful boat on the planet teal..esp with that green sail.. you know I saw you have the best type of fan so maybe you could make a swamp type cooler.. with Linh making a net or you making a series of pvc pipes with water holes in it and the pressure created by moving through the water could push the water throughout on the aft deck over the net somewhere and Wala a new cool invention.. or Linh could finish her cookbook and sell it for 5 bucks a piece to all the subs..or a dollar a recipe and you would really feel very cool... What is the temperature of the water in the ocean there ..and hopefully it's not to humid..just saw it's 95.. well time to get that ac next time back in the US. Soooo funny seeing Linh falling out of that hammock.. oh yah they do have those portable swamp coolers which help and with a spray bottle you will be cool .. I have used one like that and it worked.. you just can't move an inch away from them.. how is compass doing in the heat ..didn't see him make his appearance as the star of the show. Did you notice anything in the water with that earthquake the other day.

Compass is doing surprisingly well. We are all hanging in there and starting to acclimate to this heat. Hopefully AC is in our future. Always look forward to your comments Allen! We appreciate reading them!

Was wondering how hard it would be if you guys did not have a water maker and much water are you going through in a typical week? Also maybe Emma could research where do the towns and communities in the area get their water from and share with us her findings. The names of the areas that you visit are interesting and it would be interesting (at least to me) to know how many people live in the area and do they mostly depend on the sea for their livelihood. Really enjoy and appreciate your videos. 👍

Starlink has been solid. We share our password with anyone who needs it at each anchorage, easily piggybacking 10-15 devices on our system with no lags. We have seen 150-250 mbps all throughout the the Sea of Cortez so far. The only hiccup was during Hurricane Kay, we had reduced connectivity during the height of the storm for a short period.

I follow a couple of boat channels in Florida and the Caribbean. They all have AC. You guys sailed here before..why didn't you install AC when you did the solar. It seems pretty miserable. Linh isn't a complainer and she is hot...AC in the future?

When we went the first time, we were able to acclimate to the heat easier because we lived in Stockton, CA for 1 yr and a half. This time the heat snuck up on us. Thinking the 12v AC systems may be something we address soon.
