You could take the titanium stove to a welding shop that can do titanium and have those small top nuts welded on and be a little easier to set up.

Have you considered one of those hot tarp/tents specially designed to allow a hammock to be hung inside them?

@@rayschrab6509 I have, but I sleep in a bridge hammock, which are wider. I have concerns about my quilts and gear getting too close to the stove and melting.

Hot tents don’t normally have a floor? The first word in the name is hot, how can it possibly be hot if you’re sitting directly on snow? Basically for less than $2000 you’re buying a tarp with a protected hole for the chimney to go through and a stove that can’t properly withstand the temperature changes without physical changes to itself. The carbon monoxide part, I think, is mostly a non-issue. Lots of tests on the youtubes show that it takes very little airflow to have that not be an issue. Plus there are plenty of very inexpensive, carbon monoxide testers out there that you can carry with you that are only 2 to 4 inches in size. I believe you have successfully talked me out of getting into the hot tent world. At least at this point in my life. Thank you.
