At this point they're just trying to prevent the license from going to InArt, their Heath Ledger Joker blows all of Hot Toys Heath Ledger Jokers out of the water completely. I think the secondary market must have been flooded by HT Jokers.

Im 99% sure that Hot Toys will announce a new Heath Ledger Joker, they have to at this point. At least they covered their bases with the new Bane, i dont know if an InArt will do one as well and if they do, what else would they offer conpared to HT.
