after watching the first comparison that went online, i was ready to cancel my pre order for this, and shell out an extra hundred for the BVS version, but after watching this review, im so glad i didnt cancel it!

I missed out on the BvS Batman as I didn't have the money at the time.Then I saw this one and decided that it was the one I wanted.Waited for some to come up on ebay as the pre-orders had sold out.I managed to buy one from a Hong Kong seller for only $280.So for all those people bitching on here about missing out,just keep checking on ebay and make sellers an offer like I did.At the end of the day if you really want it and have the money then do it.There's far too much jealousy in the 1/6 community,so grow up and act your age.

Great review and comparison. I don't understand why Hot Toys doesn't release details like this about figures, especially ones that seem like repacks. I missed out.

if you have the bvs version there's no reason to buy this other than if you're a big fan or a completionist. other than the cape differences are very subtle. save your money for other figures.

Not that I know of. I think if you are a huge Batman fan though, you wouldn't be wrong in paying the premium price for it. You can also hop on the Sideshow waitlist if it's still available.

I got mine from Secret Base in Hong Kong, not Sideshow. I have a friend who lives there and he preorders our figures together. Maybe be a little more vigilant on that Sideshow homepage or sign up for notifications?
