I grew up with Wollard. I never really got into Hot Water though until recently. And now, after all these years, I really appreciate their music!

Hot Water Music has been one of my favorite bands for 11 years now and I can't ever see that changing. Every song is either amazing or a classic. I don't know any other band that I can say that about.

I got into Chuck's music backwards, started with his solo stuff and worked my way back to Hot Water Music, but I really like this stuff.

+Thrashmetal6666 Yep, same here, I actually had no idea he was in HWM (had heard Trusty Chords but that's it) until my buddy told me and the more I listen to them the more I like them. Chuck has one of the best voices in punk in my opinion.

Same!! A friend is Savannah, GA tried to get me into to alkaline trio and hot water music back in ‘04 but I wasn’t having it. Found Chuck Ragan through fly fishing in. 2019 and now he is my lord and savior. Going to see hot water music Saturday 2/26/22 in ATL. Yes, I didn’t capitalize anything.

People who say this is too much like other songs or is way too similar to other bands need to understand that this group was releasing albums back in 1997 when most of the people in the bands you enjoy were like 7 years old.

HWM has matured. Vastly. We've all been in situations similar to yours -favorite band takes a turn. their "gist" is not what it used to be- And while your taste fails to appreciate, and, become enamored, in a sense, others, like myself, fully contort their tongues.

Oh, I for one may not shy, Away from the fact that I'm sick, And too tired to stand this, It all seems contagious. I know a few would back that up, Can't say a few is not enough, To skip a beat in this motion sickness. I'd second that emotion. Our state, Our state, Our state of grace is gone. Our state, Our state, Our state of grace is gone. Oh, I for one don't want to die, Old and in the way from poison. 'Cause I hate the taste of medicine, We all hate the taste of medicine. I know a few would back that up, Can't say a few is not enough, To skip a beat in this motion sickness. I'd second that emotion. Our state, Our state, Our state of grace is gone. Our state, Our state, Our state of grace is gone away. Our state of grace is crumbling, I fear we're good for nothing, And simply disintegrating into the terra firma. Our state, Our state, Our state of grace is gone. Our state, Our state, Our state of grace is gone. May we combine tradition, Science and innovation. To benefit what's ailing, Our state of grace is gone.

Have you even took a second to look at my likes? I LOVE heavy metal, and all of the harsh vocals in it. I'm just saying I don't like a lot of the pop/punk/hardcore bands on this label, a lot of them don't deserve to be called "Metal". Also, just because a band has screaming doesn't mean it's better or more talented.
