I couldn’t figure out why so many of these new cosmetically elegant mineral formulations were irritating my rosacea until I heard it briefly mentioned by another creator.

My next appointment is going to be taking the base one shade lighter and more platinum highlights! I love it and so does everyone who's seen it. Glad to know the Oribe keeps the color. I add in a tiny bit of Olaplex purple now but maybe I'll try it without. It's such a cool blonde that I just love it. And my favorite jeans are the Wit and Wisdom ab whatever....perfect jeans!

FYI the Ciele foundation contains aluminum hydroxide. I’m just not comfortable applying any aluminum products to my body and I really wish it wasn’t included in so many cosmetics.

FYI - this is from Paul’s choice research: ( I was concerned also so I looked it up ) Aluminum Hydroxide Description: Synthetic ingredient that functions as an opacifying agent. Secondary uses include coloring agent and absorbent. Aluminum hydroxide has no known skin toxicity.

The La Roche posay toleraine foaming cream cleanser has drastically decreased the size of my enlarged pores. It does not advertise for that, it seriously, it is a miracle worker

@@ninak8506 it does not which is why it caught me by surprise! It has other acids in it and it works better than LRP SA cleanser. If you rub the cleanser gently on your skin, you can wipe the top layer off and still see cleanser left in your pores. It really gets in there. I have genetically large pores too. I’m wondering if this is how the cleanser cleared my red bumpy texture on my cheeks? Idk but it works.

I feel like you’ve really started leaning toward glowy products. I’ve tried both the Ciele and the Saie skin tints and I just can’t. These glowy products make my pores look like saucers. I do love the Mario palette.

Hi Angie. The Makeup by Mario looks so incredibly pretty, but I'd go for the Glossier palette. I love just a 3 shadow look, or on most days just 2. Milani has been coming out with such great products. After seeing you do the Aquaphor concealer hack, I wasn't even going to attempt it. I'm so interested in the estrogen face cream. Great video, Angie! The aquaphor hack caused milia under my eyes. I am trying to get rid of those. I used it for two weeks and loved the way it looked. Then the milia started. I used the Nyx Can't Stop won't stop powder and then the Nyx Mineral Matte Finishing Powder. I am no longer using aquaphor. ❤❤❤

When you get a chance can you go over the research between Estrone, Estriol, and Estradiol cream . I think I remember you saying the study actually showed the Estriol as most effective in building elastin. I'm experimenting with a Estriol cream that had good reviews on Amazon ( so obviously not prescription grade). But figured it may be helpful for my sun damaged, aging thigh and arm skin.

Since you are already on HRT, will your Estriol test be affected by that?

@jeanlrollins5901 your ovaries no longer produce much estrogen after menopause. They don't check your levels. HRT is substantially less estradiol than you make before menopause. Topical estriol isn't absorbed systemically, it just works locally.
