You’re the bomb dude I like how you make it easy and you break it down nice and slow. I was able to learn this lead both parts in a matter just a couple of hours because of the way you teach it. That’s really awesome.

I have not seen, on KZbin, a explanation of Hotel California even equal to Alberto's. Each lesson he has crafted is full of theory related to the harmony. Walsh and Felder might be surprised at how good this is. I speculate.

I saw someone's comment saying you talk too much.. To thay guy I say get the record listen to it and figure it out yourself.. To me I appreciate that you explain the how and why because I can play the solo but the true musical genius are exactly these little nuances that you explain so carefully.. Thank you for taking the time to share with us.. This song meens so much to me and the love care you show in your tutorial is amazing. You rock man 🎸🎸

I appreciate this comment much. I grew up with teachers that talked, took their time, and got to the heart of things. If you want to learn you listen, if you don't listen you don't learn.

Outstanding job on this song 👍....been wanting to learn to play this but was really 'intimidated' by it....I think with time and your showing this to us, I think I will be able to make it work.👍

Complimenti. Chiarissimo, facile da seguire e usare le note invece del numero dei tasti e' perfetto per avere piu' chiaro cosa sta succedendo armonicamente.

Excellent tutorial of a great song. I"ve watched your lesson several times over the past couple years. Is it possible to obtain the backing track that you are using on this tune? Several out there but the one you use is the best.

Flawless takes? Ahahahahha it takes forever to edit and make everything right. Yes it’s hard to slow down, because you go back from muscle memory to being conscious of every movement, and that’s 2 different mechanisms. Thank you for your contribution Mark, I appreciate it!

@@albertolombardimusic My Pleasure! I've; "subscribed" since I don't know when; rang the bell, & "Liked" these 2 of "?" TUTORIALs," among others. You must have a fantastic video editor, I've never seen any bumps in the road on your videos!!!!! Keep that person on staff & give them a raise (Ha-Ha-Ha!)!!! Yeah, muscle memory. I'm glad I'm not the only one who may stumble with their fingers, although I have some doubts. I only recall 2-3 in all the "Monday LIVE" episodes, & maybe that was just me with some mental flatulence. Kind regards! 😏 ! P.S.: Nice haircut !

Not if you play over tone center ( shift with the chords) if you SING ( which both lead guitar players do) Playing lead is sort of an extension of singing..You remember certain word start on each chord change. it's just natural that you'll remember certain note starts each phrasing over each chord change. It's just simple call and answer phrasing. You get used to it...becuase as singers ..you also have to memorize words to hundreds of different songs. As singers...you basically have to REST...to catch your breathe. It carries over to your lead..becuase you not rushing through notes. REST, play whole notes or half notes.instead of playing all 8th or 16th notes.

This tutorial is awesome, but it doesn't seem to line up with the tab I purchased from your site. Am I missing a page? I have a 2 page Felder and 2 page Walsh. The first line of Walsh tab doesn't match with part 2 of your video.
