The management involved is once again sketchy and I have a feeling they’re going to be preying on residents. If the grand opening was listed as public but you kick out the people most likely to expose you when you do bad, then they’re already up to something. For example, that is not low income housing, that’s a leech tank so those people can never get out of financial trouble. The interesting thing about adaptive reuse is that, specifically for the parts of the building from an earlier era that they're keeping the aesthetic of, since it is a historical landmark--the developers/property managers are not allowed to use materials that aren't the same as what was originally used for upkeep and repair purposes. I work for a property management company, and we own a building in the historic district of Sacramento, CA. Because this area of town dates back to the California Gold Rush, with the newest part of it having been rebuilt in the 1920s due to flooding, we have to find very specific types of brick and other materials that aren't what we would use in more modern buildings, in order to repair the facade. It ends up being more expensive to do that, so I'm surprised they're using a historical landmark like the Cecil for low-income housing.

In my opinion I think if they demolished this hotel and rebuilt on the same land, it would still be haunted. This place isn’t gonna stop being active with spirits until there has been a true cleansing of the property. And sometimes even then it might not work. Too much has happened in the hotel. Lot of residual energy and people have been murdered in that property. The guard is all talk but him threatening you is unacceptable and now 3.11 million people can view this video as your subscribers. Plus the people that are not subscribed to your channel will see this. Hit that Like button folks! Let’s get this out there for everyone to see. The locals know how things really went down in that hotel when the cameras are cut off. Thanks so much for your content! You are brave for living across the street! From what I’ve heard from a friend, she pays that much and is in New Hampshire, so I feel it’s a normal price (also I feel if someone makes 24k a year it is affordable except for people who are disabled or unable to work) but where I live now it’s family owned and I get a huge discount but even so my neighbors pay about 700 or so a month for snow removal, trash, mowed yard and a 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of room. I get the “wow your apartment is so big” when a friend comes over hahah but yeah it sounds pretty normal to me from what my friends have said, also in the city it costs about that much as well in my state

@ 5:16, I respect you for doing what you had done, leaving was the best idea. Always follow your gut instincts and I ask that some of your viewers respectfully understand that backing you in support at the event would only stir the nest of disobedience creating further incentive to invoke wrong doing, as seen by the ceremonialists’. Hey so I've been following your videos for some time & Ive said in the past that a unnamed security guard let us in for a few hours It was that guard. Unfortunately we had similar experiences. At first he was hell cool & accepted the $500 we offered but things changed after about 2 hours. He approached us & said the police are on the way. When we asked why, he got belligerent & threaten to break our cameras.
@Blackwolffe0973 жыл бұрын
At that point we spent about 2 hours already in the building so we decided it was time to leave anyway. After we walked out the back entrance, he said "If I see you guys around here again I'll bury you" He is definitely a sketchy dude.

Since its low income, market rent can be $900, but the person living there will only pay a percentage of that, based on income. A government entity, HUD, Urban/Rural Development etc; will pay the remainder of the rent. They can steadily raise the market value. So, I would say you're right. They're gonna make their money this way, mostly from the government. Its great that's it's become low income housing but, kind of sad that no one can just rent a room and ghost hunt for a while.

@bethnorrod59423 жыл бұрын
@@kekecom sure. As long as you don't get banned from the premises for anything. Low income housing usually has strict rules. No alcohol, loud music, etc, limited number of visitors and anyone who stays over night more than X amount of days has to be added to the lease which can cause a rent increase or even disqualification. I'd say as long as no neighbors turned you in for disturbance, you should be able to visit regularly and explore.
@bethnorrod59423 жыл бұрын
@@AlexGarcia-vg1iq Depends greatly on who manages it. The low income housing I lived in and worked at for many years was really strict and it was a very quiet neighborhood. Most don't allow alcohol, loud music, etc, limited number of visitors, limited number of days for overnight guests, etc. It was really nice and quiet in my area, but across town in another neighborhood, operated by the same people as mine, but managed by someone else, it was a notorious party place.

I'm thinking that MAYBE someone or something possessed that guard cause that thing doesn't want him here for what he did...I mean, if we're gonna see this from a spirit's perspective, seeing someone breaking and living in for the night **at your house** is like, "WTF ARE YOU DOING HERE-" and same goes to all of us who doesn't want some strangers living around for one hell of a reason. But if its PURELY from that guard then he needs his ass kicked out of that one job he got there. Unless you're possessed by a ghost, NO ONE HAS THE RIGHTS TO THREATENED A PERSON FOR A **RIDICULOUS** REASON!!
