This is not the diffuser or remote I received from Hotel Collection.

For anyone who doesn’t have the 35% button myself included. Unplug the diffuser and wait 10 seconds then press and hold the med button down and plug your diffuser back in. This is not a guarantee but it worked for me.

My unit doesn't have an extra tube. on the instruction manual that came with my unit says to sync the unit and remote by pressing the power button on the remote simultaneously with the power button on the Studio Pro. Hell, where is the button on the Studio Pro unit? My remote doesn't look like the one in the video.

How often should you clean it with the rubbing alcohol? Do you need to do that every time you change oil bottles especially if it’s a different fragrance? Or, just on a regular basis like once every three months?
