Yeah, this game is down right infamous for rubber banding, and down right unfair on the higher difficulties because of one way rubber banding where the AI will catch up no matter how far behind they are, but won't slow down no matter far behind you are...

It is a Japanese Railroad Crossing alarm, that's what exactly what I was looking for!The Nintendo Company is located in Japan so that must be why they included that alarm.

That is in my opinion the best n64 track, especially because of trains and railway crossings which is really rare in Mario Kart. I also like the music
