It’s not available in the UK. The only vacuum cleaner from Bissell available here is the Featherweight 2 in 1 hand held/stick vacuum.

@@ibaisaic Hi Roger, I live in Canada and the Bissell vacuums are different then the ones in the UK and I understand that. I was wondering if you could review the Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam or the Revolution Hydrosteam instead. I think it is available where you are in the UK.

I personally would’ve used the Whites programme on this as it’s the actual Cottons programme. Cotton and Eco Cotton 60 are the Eco programs that get the machine’s A class energy rating (in other words, it takes 3-4 hours and won’t heat to the temperature you select to save on energy)

The liquid thing isn't supplied with that model that's why.

You’d better tell Hotpoint to remove it from the instruction book then, because according to them, the plastic partition is supplied with this model for use with liquid detergent. You can click the link in the description to see the instruction book for yourself.

The liquid thing IS supplied, just with all the manuals, energy ratings and whatnot inside the drum when brand new, obviously the owner of the cottage would’ve just thrown it all away including the liquid thing
