Hey great video...i cant seem to find the SOP-autouv node... im using a non commercial version of houdini 17.4 btw...is it only available like on the paid versions ? or is there any work around for that node... thanks

It´s part of Houdini game tool that you need to install if you want to use. simple look in your shelf there´s a game one.. you can click in the icon and install the tools! you can get some game tools videos in vimeo or youtube to. cheers!

@@ARTDECODED Oh and also when im rendering im getting these two error messages on the gamedev baker out node saying - Error rendering child pre bake - Error rendering child baketexture

@@BrownHuman it´s are ROP for bake the texture, if you trying to bake is something you did wrong. if you are trying to render with mantra as image, check pass through this node.

Let me ask you this. Would it be possible to use the Moon Terrain as a way to create the Asteroid? I can't seem to figure out how to wrap the terrain around a sphere, but I would think it's got to be possible.

yes it´s possible! for the moon just remove the first mountain and you will have a moon like! for use more precise methods like wrap a displacement map you will need a uv projection, and a texture, then you can use a vop sop to mess with the points.
