Nice one, I had to take this a little further to get the eular rotations, but I managed it by creating a matrix with N and an up vector, and then used the cracktransform to get it from my single point. I wanted to be able to attach a camera to it!

To have motion blur on planes I think you need to switch off transfer of "v" attribute on "copy to points". Also is there a "down" attribute? I always thought that there is just "up" :) Question: is there any benefit of this method vs just the shelf "Animation - Follow Path" tool?

how we can bend object along curve for example if I want to use a little bit long tube instead of your paper plane and that tube should bend along curve on turning points

you can use "pathdeform".. in that you have to required geometry and curve.. and play with "offset position using" parameter and may be need to change Geometry alignment in Capture Align tab.

try the carve node using cut on the original curve, then use a sweep.
