Thank you,if you want to buy a property in jamaica you need a TRN(taxpayer registration number) to apply using TRN online visit the TAJ website wwwjamaicatax.gov.jm after you get your TRN here the next 8 step in buying a property 1.find the property 2.hire a lawyer 3.get a agreement for sale 4.deposit the token 5.Tile search and due diligence 6.make statutory declaration 7.pay stamp duty and registration fees 8.pay transfer tax and close the sale Sometimes the process can be a lot easier if you find a registered Realtor that you can trust it is always easier to purchase a property if you pay cash(meaning you don't require a loan or mortgage.

Im just seeing your vlog for the first time....and I love it for its simplicity. I dont like extravagance...even what you said shows how realistic you are and that says alot. May I suggest for the kitchen you could do curtains to where your cupboards are to be....just one plain colour. You could use cup screws to hold the curtain rods with the curtains inplace. Take your time you do you. Its your place....only because you ask is why I gave my imput. All the best..❤

I like the renovations you did. I personally wouldn't put any doors on the shelves in the kitchen. I think the openness gives an industrial look. The back patio & laundry room were great additions.
