Good candid video ... Thx for providing detailed explanation. Worth watching. One quick question, I have downloaded the document from Google drive, where you have given estimate for 2100 square feet. Does this include Stilt Flooring (SF), FF (1000 square ft) and SF (1000 square ft) and Staircase 100 Square feet? 47 lacs to 56 lacs. Is this correct?

Civil works (upto int&ext plastering) cost maximum of 60% of total project value, so your mode of payments is highly favourable for Contractors side. As per your details of payment modes, you get 90% of payment before even starting finishing works. Is it a trap for clients?

@@abdulganirifai The contractor is eligible to receive the 90% of the payment once External plastering is completed. It means by that time, 1.inner putty should be finished 2.electrical piping and wiring completed 3.door frames must be fixed 4.window grills are fixed 5. Compound wall and outer works are completed and plastered finished 6.Plumbing phase-1 works are done . In simple words- “After completion of External plastering Stage” means, SITE IS JUST READY FOR FLOORING works. By receiving that(10th stage) 10% payment, the contractor must 1.purchase and lay tiles 2.remaining partial external works must be completed 3.Gate and external staircase must be completed. 4.Surkhi must be completed After the above works completed, the contractor is eligible to receive the 11th stage- 5% By receiving this amount 1.Doors & windows 2.Switches 3.plumbing fittings On Handing Over Keys- 5%. Note: Personally I am shocked now, to think in your way if a contractor completes plastering and get 90% and ABSCOND. 😂😂😂 Thanks for the comment. Will make a video explaining the break ups of this schedule.
