I agree with the bathroom critique, two sinks and 2 mirrors the same size or 1 large mirror to cover the entire area would have been better!

I absolutely love the arched doorway look! What i dont love? That stinkin single sink vanity. A double sink would just make more sense, especially with that being the only bathroom for those three bedrooms

I think yall did a nice job on it. Plenty of room and land. I would have done a double sink for the upstairs main bathroom. Someone's going to love it. I know you said you would do a gym for the garage but I also know you said it would be a good place to redo and charge rent for extra income.

I would agree that maim bathroom bothers me, considering it's the only bathroom servicing three bedrooms. The deck is nice off the upper master, but facing the road without a privacy screen, a bit unappealing, also having the steps going towards the front yard is a bit strange. But personally I wouldn't want that as a kid's bedroom, home office maybe I like the idea of having a master in the basement, keeps the parents away from the kids and makes it their own private Suite, also having the hot tub on the lower level would be safer and easier to screen in.

I'm not surprised you got a sale on this home shortly after you filmed. It's a really nice home with plenty of room for guests, a outdoor barbeque Party, a swimming pool, or a rental in that oversized garage. I love the curved archways throughout the home. The kitchen looks lovely. A second sink on the large vanity would be nice but not absolutely necessary. The price is half of what you'd pay in the Northwest. I can hardly believe it's only $250K. Over here you'd pay no less than $599K or more depending on location. I know a family here on KZbin that are having a home majorly remodeled with the builder holding off on windows and expected completion by many, many months. Wish they had put something in their contract, as you suggested, so they can recoup some of their rental fees. It's been really rough for them. "The Miller Fam". They've adopted four children. Nice people.
