Another house flip is done and ready to hit the market. At 2,100 sqft, this was one of our larger home renovations. I personally love how the primary bathroom came out as well as the completely finished basement.

Turned out great, a glass half wall/panel would finish the master bathroom off nicely - I think a curtain would ruin the vibe. Different shades of grey seems to be a calling card for your company, no point changing what works for you as people will change the colour to their preferences anyway!

My parents taught me that our front room, the room without a tv but still has couches, is the “living room”. And the room by the kitchen (open layout) with the tv is the “family room”. So, yes, I had that growing up. Also have it now. But neither houses have plastic on the couches lol

No worries about the paint color. My house was a rehab and I just changed the paint colors before I moved in. Easy fix! 😁 Also, I would add glass to the shower and if there is enough room a door where the toilet is located. Beautiful job Jon! Your little partner is too cute!

Definitely did a good job on this upgrade and renovation. Do like the floors and the bathroom tiles and matching shower tile. Agree with you Jon on the Glass sliding or half door to the shower because the waters going to splash on the floor. The basement looks exceptionally nice. Lots of play space for the kids, or guests staying at the house, and a Pool Table would really be nice. We had one in our former home with a portable Ping Pong Table that could be placed on top of it for lots of fun times with guests, and just great family enjoyment. This was a big Win.

I cant even remember what it looked like. Outside looks re ally good...I would have installed a hand rail along the steps. Also, I would have liked to see the same privacy fense extending out on both sides. Inside looks good. Was that a couople of step ups in the master bath? As far as formal living areas There is a time where you had a parlor/formal sitting area, You would receive the preacher and such there. Might have only been big enough for 2 chairs and a table. In the 50 sand 60s, the trend of having a DEN was popular and expanded over the next 50 years to becoming a family room. Also there are additional issues. It is RELIGIOUS...Many denomiinations forbid television, radio, phonographs still. Usually they will have a small one in Master in case of storms, etc... But if your company is only there briefly and sequestered in a formal space...it is none of their business what is going on elsewhere. I would put a folding door on the shower,

You left money on the table, by not opening that wall at the 1st living room and dining room. It would have made a really great open concept and that back room off the kitchen would make a really nice game room. Why don't you put your cabinets all the way up to the ceiling? Again, you are leaving money on the table. Even if you aren't buying custom cabinets why not make it look like it? You can buy the longer cabinets, right? I know everyone has their own opinions. Great flip!! Blessings!

So how much of the renovations do you personally perform yourself? Or are you one of those people who pays others minimum wage to make renovations because you don’t want to ( or can’t mentally/physically) do them yourself, and take full credit for it on video? Honest question……just takes a lot longer to do it yourself if you have the time and basic competency.you just never touched on this issue…
