to invest in properties in Nigeria is something else.lets say someone buy this property for business now.lets just put the renting price at 500k per year for each flat which i dont think is up to.1.5 million for the three flats per year.you will be getting back the 30million naira in more than 20 years time.because renovation is also going to be taking place within this 20 years period of time 🙄

@@Kenbanks-bk2bp Thanks for your interest. That particular property is in a prime area, favored with Constant light and good access roads. Accommodation here is in high demand. If you fix POP in the apartment, the 3bedroom in front is 800k, the two units of 2bedroom behind will be 600k each. Maintenance at intervals is sure. As an investor, you can recoup your capital plus reasonable interest when u fix and flip anytime(I mean when u resell). So u don't have to wait for so long before getting back your capital. You won't loose, in all.
