Daniel Hewes WHY ARE SO MANY BLACK MEN GAY. HE HAD A WOMAN AT ONE TIME. NOW I SEE WHY THERE MORE WHITE MEN MARRYING BLACK WOMEN.THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN WHITE MAN FOR SAVING THE DAY
@jonwiley25928 жыл бұрын
If you consider sheer numbers, blacks still make a relatively smaller percentage of the total US population. From that total if you remove gay men, the numbers in comparison to the numbers of white gay men are even smaller still. So it's not that so "many" black men are gay, it's your question is based on a faulty assumption. And white men don't save anything but their own sorry asses.. just ask any white woman who's married to one of them. White men marry black women because they can; simple as that.

FINALLY someone who agrees with me about that natural light nonsense! I could happily live with no windows, too. I'll join Juan's Vampire Club. It drives me nuts when buyers bang on about natural light, and especially in the bedrooms, where you definitely do NOT want to wake up sweating from sunshine settling on you. I have blackout drapes in my bedrm, which has a southeastern exposure, in addition to the blinds. Sunlight always creeps thru blinds. Faded stripes on drapes from keeping blinds open are the worst! It seems to be either older, moneyed buyers or younger, naive buyers who go on about it - the rest of us know all that sunlight unevenly fades everything in its path and don't want to get/can't afford reupholstering/new furniture or linens/drapes or carpet/rugs.

Dear precious friend, please know that the Holy Trinity...Father God our Creator, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, and the Holy Spirit our Comforter and Redeemer are the Creator of Heaven and Earth: Lord of all that is and all that will ever be. Although Jesus Christ is unimaginably vast, He choose to dwell within you via the Holy Spirit, permeating you with His presence. Only in the spirit realm could Someone so infinitely great live within someone so very small. Be awed by the Power and the Glory The Lord's Spirit within you! Though the Holy Spirit is infinite, He desires to be your Helper. He is always ready to offer assistance; all you need to do is ask. When the path before you looks easy and straightforward, you may be tempted to go it alone instead of relying on Jesus. This is when you are in the greatest danger of stumbling. Ask Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit, to help you as you go each step of the way. Never neglect this glorious Source of strength within you. Please dear one, don't continue to go it alone, receive our Creator and the Source of our strength THIS VERY MOMENT! Tell Jesus Christ you welcome Him as your personal Lord and Savior. God bless you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ! ❤️❤️❤️ (John 14 : 16-17 NKJV; John 16 : 7; Zechariah 4 : 6)

$200k? Is that all for a 4 bedroom home?
@scarletribbons68919 жыл бұрын
+rocket7697 That's pretty average, if you don't live somewhere crazy-expensive. My parents custom-built a Colonial-style 4BR home, 2.5 baths all with tiled floors that weren't garish, 2900 sq ft, attached 2.5 car garage, covered patio with in-ground gas grill, laundry rm, family rm, eat-in kitchen w/ dishwasher, pantry, veg sink, glass cutting board set into the countertop, the ubiquitous built-in phone desk of the era, formal living and dining rms, on a 1/4 acre lot on a private cul-de-sac with no rear neighbours (backed up to a nature preserve that's still there), in 1970 for $35K. They sold it in 1980 for $85K, which was a phenomenal return. My mother found out it was sold in 2011 for $200K and about blew a gasket lol thinking of the profit she could've made had they not moved out of state. I'm wondering if it was ever taken out of the 70s (think bathrm fixtures in harvest gold and avocado green, with rust-coloured carpet almost everywhere)because it should've gone for a bit more than that by now due to its size and location - maybe it's now a fixer-upper. But you can get smaller 4BR houses on smaller lots a bit closer to neighbours for $150K-ish easily. What's insane is the difference btwn the price for which they built that house and what it sold for recently. If we could go back to 1970 prices, everyone could afford to buy a nice house.
@barbbarbie25556 жыл бұрын
My parents bought a 4/2 with 2121 Sq ft on open water in Cocoa Beach, Fl in 1969 for $29,000. When we moved 10 yrs latet, sold for $95,000. Looked it up recently and it's listed for over $500,000! Loved that house and wish we still lived there. Sigh!

We bought our house in Seattle in 1996 for $125. It was 1 1/2 bath and tiny kitchen, but we remodeled about 15 years ago, 2 full baths, huge kitchen and dining room, added a family room. There's a house around the block that's been remodeled but is still 3 br 1 bath, and it's now selling for $625!! So I'm thinking our house is around $700! That's the crazy Seattle market for you.
