It's a real joy to see a black couple not having to stretch the dollar like elastic but can easily & comfortably settle into a luxurious house. That aside, whether upper or lower middle class, black couples when house hunting bring a certain amount of energy that is hilariously contagious, engaging & appealing. Beautiful couple. ❤😂🎉

Dr. Love knows first hand how the particulates from the toilet travels and where thy will likely settle. A closet in a bathroom is not a good idea on a whole! If the toilet has a door though and the closet is far enough away, it could work. Don't knock the love doc he is spot on.

ONLY 7:56 IN, but REALTORS are always my biggest gripe! (we only get 3). YES! Great that #1 that came in way under budget, but not at all what was asked of her. #2 I like it a lot. Sounds like they didn't, though. lol #3 like this one also, but do they? lol I'm going with #2 Huh? lol EDITED PART: WOW! I guessed correctly 5/9 after 3 in a row wrong, though! SO HAPPY FOR THEM EITHER WAY, OF COURSE!!!!!

An excellent model couple. Professional but still young. And I agree with them, bigger is better not necessarily right now, but eventually there will be little ones to fill the space, I went through the " what do I need 5 bedrooms for? 3 is enough" than later in life I went through the" ugh should have gone with the 5 bedrooms....would not have to pack up and go through the stress now to find one"
@siphokazileratomalinga29693 жыл бұрын
💯agree with you. Even if one doesn't have kids,there might be parents that need to be taken care of or family that needs accomodation while job hunting etc as they are in Nashville. Also,there's no such thing as too much space 🤭😂🤣.
@siphokazileratomalinga29693 жыл бұрын
In my country, older older homes are the ones whereby the toilet is separate from the bathtub. I appreciate that feature as well and hope to build or buy a home like that. I really don't like toilets where bathtubs are. I share his sentiments completely about the closet in the bathroom. Why would anyone want that🤭?

African Americans need to practice these African values of education, marriage, house, then kids.
@764825 жыл бұрын
Perhaps your process is possible if African American men stop self-hating/shooting each other and rest of society stops interfering in the parents ability to discipline their young males? This requires a more in-depth discussion so lets just enjoy HH episodes.

I agree with our on that. BUT not everyone necessarily has to go by that order. 1 of my kids came before our wedding and the house came after the kids. That doesn't make me any less successful. But what I took from your statement, is to have these goals and achieve them rather than just popping babies without education or a home of our own. Well said
