Guys remember you have to watch and email me the same day the video is posted and up to a maximum of 2 days later. After that the house is inevitably gone . So be quick on the draw if you want to get one of the properties shown in the video!

To the people saying if you have ability to pay 70k you should consider buying a house. While I agree for the most part, remember most people who are searching for rental spots are young and just getting started with their own lives. They are not ready to have a permanent home. But nah tell no lie, before I pay 70k to live in somebody house I go back to country go live with mi granny
@mariohall26314 жыл бұрын
I agree but the idea is to start the savings from you young, so when you get older you can afford your own.
@bitmogul55864 жыл бұрын
dwl I agree 100% if you're young and not ready to own a place you will be paying that amount for a few years... best to just do it from early

@jhanabarnes22704 жыл бұрын
The places she looked at were two bedrooms, so the cost would typically be split between two persons (possibly a couple). Just because your combined income can afford to rent one of these places, doesn't mean you're ready to or want to purchase a home together. Additionally, what price home can you access with a 70K Budget and I what location for a mortgage? For persons looking to live in Kingston, this isn't always realistic. The housing prices are crazy to live anywhere even semi-convenient. This isn't even taking into consideration the upfront cash needed for the deposit and closing costs.

The first couple rental properties that was displayed are definitely a step up from the ones in the last couple videos..meaning you get your money's worth even though they are expensive.🏡🏠 The one that you said was worth the 50k wasn't bad as well. Hopefully you can find something perfect for you as far as location and convenience. Well one thing I learned from your vlogs is how expensive it is for the average hard working productive Jamaican to live...especally when you want to emancipate yourself from certain criminal elements that lurks freely commiting self genocide. Ps: many blessings to you.✍🏽🇯🇲🌴☀️🌴

Watching these videos, as well as seeing a few rental properties myself, I've realised how most of these places don't adhere to certain rules, like bedroom sizes, and arrangement of spaces/entry. For example, did yall know bedrooms should be a minimum of 12 x 12 feet (not including the closet space)? Yet, we are forced to pay so much money for substandard housing at times out of desperation. Its ridiculous.. I must add, I love these videos, and just the overall Jamaican-related content. It's so refreshing to see- I was getting tired of the foreign content because alot of it, I just couldn't really relate to. Great channel!!
@anthonycoote95464 жыл бұрын
Rent really expensive. $1 million a year for rent? That's crazy! The salaries there for the average person, or above average, to pay so much, it's better to build a 3 bdrm, rather than pay $1 million a year for rent. Crazy and horrible investment!
@mariohall26314 жыл бұрын

PortView Manor is right beside Brook Valley. The road to the port view is kinda bumpy. You mentioned the location of the apt on Surbitton influences the price, quite so. The commute from portview would be longer than Surbitton (assuming you work in New kgn, hwt cross roads liguanea downtown etc). surbitton. My gf lives in portview but I can't remember how much she pays for rent, I do know she is looking to move because of some new neighbours. She's never mentioned any crime though. So budget wise that's your best bet. Keep doing these videos, I love them!
