nice complex in a nice location.... what kingston and portmore need now is a train system so people have the option not to drive (buses get stuck in traffic).... Dominican Republic and Panama now have subways.... Even Addis Abba has an elevated trolley train

I love the kitchen but I don't like the idea that the dinning is directly in the kitchen. There could have also be a island and the back splash where the stove is. The counter could have been gray and white marble it would go great with the gray. I don't think the price is reasonable for an apartment but I guess because of where it's located it could be ok. I love how spacious and open it is except for the bathroom storage.. It very wonderful over all

They should have separate the half bathroom from the laundry room or put it in the corner of the room so the buyer could just add a door to separate both spaces if they want to.

First thing I’d change on this house are the doors! It nah click wid nutn! Love how the rooms are big and spacious with so much drawers and all. Very nice. Me nuh too love the bathroom. The grey/woodsy looking tiles are kinda ugly, needed a more energy efficient toilet as well. Other than that real nice!

Why is that when Jamaicans advertise apartments they don't mention the fees (like maintenance fees, for example) that come with the apartments? These fees are sometimes exorbitant.
