Daemon stopped because when he realised how much she loved him in that moment, the sudden guilt he felt made him unable to get it up. I also think that was the moment he realised how much he loved her. There was, of course, a power imbalance, which comes up later in the season.

I definitely didn’t look at it that way, you might be on to something there. It seemed as though love wasn’t such a big factor. I’m excited to see more !!
