This song has probably been over-played - a victim of its own greatness, in a way. But once again the JJ touch - somewhere where sorcery, magick, love, talent (and likely a shedload of hard work) all meet - has given this a whole new energy. I’d intended to have this in the background while mentally framing a piece of work I need to do. Had to drop that all very quickly as this just gently encircled me and I was lost between transfixed attentiveness and dreamland. Absolutely beautiful. Thank you, JJ, sir! 👌🏻👊🏻

This really touches my heart because I first heard it back in 1973, when my best friend and I would sing it. And my God she could belt it out. I think one of the qualities that separates the greatest musicians from the good ones is "patience"..... The willingness to allow space between the notes, and to let specific notes ring. JJ certainly is in no hurry.

I remember taking up guitar in the early 70s. This was the first song we first learned. It became so hackneyed and boring. But man! I have never heard it sound sooo great. Only a true master can take simple material and breathe such life into it. You are absolutely amazing.
