Dan Vasc and Erik have done the song "Breaking the Silence" together and it's awesome !!.........he also did a song with Tommy Johansson as well, which is equally great, called "Carolus Rex", which is a Sabaton song. Tommy used to be the lead guitarist for Sabaton for about 7 years so he def knew the song well. Please do both......you won't be disappointed.!!

Yes, Erik is PHENOMENAL!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙌🏻 His range. And this version I find the best by far! He builds it up. Takes his time to let the listener take the story in. Then the outburst. And in the end he leaves smoothly. In a churchlike way. Like a funeral almost. The pianist: Jona is also superb! A dream-team! 👌🏻👌🏻 Everybody around are skilled. Erik is a most sympathetic and humble man. REALLY cares for his fans! He has battled leukemia. He never disappoints with his songs!! We can see the old photo of the real House of the rising sun, which is in the French Quarter of New Orleans. It was built in 1730 and then rebuilt 3 times after fires. It had several uses, home, store, hotel, brothel... The old version of this song is about the brothel 😏 it was never a prison...
