I've been dreaming of the hammered dulcimer played like this for over a decade. Incredible to finally hear what I have been dreaming of... absolutely incredible..

I’ve seen many Hammerd Dulcimer players over the years at Renaissance festivals when I was on the road as a Rennie, but never heard it played this way! What a great trio! You are all exceptional musicians! Can’t wait to see you on Monday in Minneapolis!

Sweet sounds. Can't see you (busy) but you're playing near me (Putney). Hope you return. Cheers! (When my wife described a group that combined jazz and prog I was intrigued, and delighted there's some truth to that!

That smile at 1:42 is awesome. This is just some fantastic music. Seemingly the dulcimer and the chord structure gave me this sense of wonder/excitement.

Yeah - Similar to Matthew Balser, I was introduced to you guys when you opened for Snarky Puppy. So glad that I did! I bet my buddy and I who went to that show make up 0.5% of the total views on this video. Incredible music - this song in particular brings me so much joy, often times when I need it most. Thank you guys and keep it up!

The love for the bass is constant. But it heightens quite a bit when you hear people who share that love, making magic with the instrument. I swear that Ive had a period now when I subconciously start to focus in on the bass in a particular song, everything else fading away in the background meanwhile. Im finding this very easy to do to this song for instance :D Btw, as a fellow lover of the bass, I just have to share the song (and bass play) that I have been absolutely obsessed over lately. It's a bit too close to perfection for me to not loose my shit while listening. I guess youre already familiar with it... but in either case, Enjoy! (Oh btw, take a guess what person who singlehandedly has inspired me to triple my work effort into becoming a better player). kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4bcpnqggd5neLM

The delicate harmonies played in the bass (!!) and the dulcimer make this three-person ensemble sound like a LOT more people. At some parts, the bass almost sounded like a keyboard because of how effortlessly and naturally he played those chords. The balance and careful attention to dynamics, tempo, and harmony is incredible. I can't wait to hear more from these guys!
