I think of you can find a credenza that matches the coffee table..dining table and then do the shelves in the color of the wood beam OR do credenza in the same color as the fireplace or just get custom cabinetry built in.

I would do a darker color credenza (to match coffee table) that contrast would be beautiful and add more storage space...and not adding too much on the walls

I love the drapes and the window shades, I think a bench/window seat would be perfect by the window. I think you can get the cabinets and the shelves in the same color as the wood beams, when you add your accent pieces to the shelves it will give you the contrast you need. You are doing an amazing job.

The drapes are beautiful and definitely bring the spaces together. I love the ideas of the credenza on both sides. I would probably do black shelves or dark wood shelves to add a bit of contrast. Whatever you decide I know it will be beautiful!!

Your house is coming along so nicely. Very sophisticated and classy. As far as what to put on either side of the fireplace, my thoughts are to go white. You can do upper kitchen cabinets on the bottom for hidden storage then stack a white bookcase on top. That way it'll give a built-in feel and it'll match your fireplace. You can lay a piece of wood on top of the cabinets before you add the bookcases and stain it the same color of your beam to tie in those elements. I'm sure anything you come up with will look good.

Congratulations. I think you should. Add some different Texture pillows like maybe a leather or a Velvet . You can put next to the fireplace 2 of the arch. Bookcases something to Bring height to the space And can be functional. Decredenus. You can put those together where you have the mirror.

If you don’t need the extra storage besides the fireplace just do extra lighting on the wall since you want to put a bench and another wall credenza in your dining area since the two spaces are so close you don’t want to over crowd your living room area keep it light and airy
